  • Main Tasks
  • The Technical Advisor will coordinate and manage administrative, logistic, financial processes of the Global Project Alliance for Integrity in South America. The position required a 10% travel time. Within this context, she/he fulfils the following tasks:
  •  Provide administrative support in the day to day activities of the programme (reservations of flight tickets, reservation of rooms for meetings, control of the expenses of the LP, etc);
  • Organize procurements for the project (in cooperation with the agency in Brasilia);
  • Support preparation and processing of contracts (including the preparation of Terms of reference);
  • Organize conferences, events, and meetings of the initiative, including the preparation of the agenda, documents, and presentations;
  • Provide content for the South America contributions of the Social Media posts of the initiative (website, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter);
  •  Coordinate the Regional Working Group meetings of the Alliance for Integrity;
  • Support on the cooperation with the local partners in Brazil and the implementation partners in Chile and Argentina;
  • Support on the implementation and communication of the TheIntegrityApp.
  • Qualification, Experience, and Additional Competencies;
  • Studying from the seventh semester of Administration, International Relations or Law;
  • Strong organizational, reporting, and writing skills;
  • Experience in office administrative work;
  • Experience with processes of international cooperation, will be a differential;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Excellent English and Spanish language skills (oral and written);
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite;
  • Ability to multitask and balance multiple responsibilities.
  • What we offer
  • Location of work: São Paulo – SP;
  • Contract condition: CLT;
  • Workload: 40 hours weekly (Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day);
  • Healthcare plan with 100% coverage without contribution of employee (GIZ covers 50% for each child and 20% for spouse);
  • Optional dental plan for the amount of R$ 23,31 (with possibility to include family members for the same amount each);
  • Alimentation is in responsibility of the employee;
  • Reimbursement for transportation: offered in accordance with proportion of salary, discounting 6% of the gross salary;
  •  Annual evaluation of performance with financial incentives (according to internal regulations);
  •  Variety of training opportunities according to project demand.
